2. Terms and Conditions of Purchase

Your order placement is a contract governed by the relevant legal framework of article 4 of Greek law 2251/1994 for the consumer’s protection, as amended and in force.

Delivery of Orders: All orders placed through the website www.cbdspritz.eu are delivered through the third-party courier and automated locker service BOX NOW. Upon completion of the order and confirmation of payment, the Company will process the order and hand it over to BOX NOW for delivery to the locker location selected by the customer during checkout. Once the order has been dispatched, the customer will receive a notification from BOX NOW with instructions for collection from the selected locker. The Company shall not be liable for delays attributable to the carrier, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control after the shipment has been handed over to BOX NOW. Customers are responsible for collecting their parcel within the time period specified by BOX NOW. If a parcel is not collected within the specified time and is returned, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment. Under normal conditions, orders are delivered within 5 business days within Greece. For worldwide shipments, the customer is solely responsible for checking the conformity of the products he/she orders under the applicable law in his/hers desired country of dispatch. Our company bears no responsibility and is not required to repair any damages you may suffer due to any withholding of parcels in countries where sales of products containing CBD are prohibited.

Payment Methods: Payments on www.cbdspritz.eu are processed through the secure electronic payment platform Viva.com. All online card payments are carried out via Viva.com’s secure payment environment, which uses encryption and security protocols in accordance with international payment security standards. The Company does not store or process customers’ credit or debit card details. All payment information is transmitted directly and securely to Viva.com. Accepted payment methods may include debit cards, credit cards, and other electronic payment methods supported by Viva.com at the time of the transaction. Orders are considered confirmed only after successful authorization of the payment through Viva.com.

Returns Policy: Due to the nature of the product sold, returns are not accepted. In case that, upon receipt, the customer identifies any defect in the product (such as leakage of liquid), the user must inform us in writing by sending an e-mail message with pictures to the address info@cbdspritz.eu within fourteen (14) calendar days after receipt of the defective product(s) otherwise the customer hereby explicitly and unreservedly accepts that they lose the right of refund, without any right of recourse. The decision for determination of defect and replacement or refund for such products shall be solely at the Company’s discretion. Any shipping costs for the replacement of products shall be borne by the Company.
